A partner and a member of board, Jukka Honkanen is a co-founder of Iqua Ltd. Earlier, Jukka worked in various positions for Nokia Networks and Nokia Data, for example in area general management, as managing director, and in sales and marketing management. As an international sales professional at Nokia, Jukka has worked in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Hungary and Czech Republic and has collaborated with companies in the Chinese, Russian and Eastern European markets. Jukka holds a BBA from the University of Uppsala and SSE in IMD, Switzerland. Since the end of 2003, he has had investments in several ICT companies in Finland and Norway and is accordingly a member of their boards.

Director of Business Development Jouko Häyrynen is also a co-founder of Iqua Ltd. In addition to his current position in Iqua, Jouko is a Managing Director of the consultancy and investment company MJus Ltd. Jouko holds board seats in ICT companies in Finland and abroad. Prior to his current business activities, he worked for 20 years for Nokia Oyj in various management positions in sales and marketing, product development and strategic investments both in Finland and Asia/Pacific. Jouko has a B.Sc. in Engineering from Oulu Polytechnic and an Executive MBA from Helsinki School of Economics.

A partner and a member of board, Pekka Vartiainen joined Iqua in 2005. Pekka has worked in several senior management positions at Nokia since 1987. Prior to Iqua, he was a Senior Vice President & General Manager of Nokia Mobile Phones (Americas) and before that he held a position as a Senior Vice President (EMEA) for Nokia Networks.



A partner and a member of board Isto Pankakoski joined Iqua in 2005. Isto has worked for Nokia since 1988, based in Finland, Singapore and the UK. Before his last position as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe, Near East and Africa in Nokia Mobile Phones he was Managing Director of Nokia Mobile Phones of the UK sales company for seven years.
